I am writing a complaint about Ryland homes who is currently constructing the Copperstone development in Parrish, FL. They are completely inconsiderate of the current families living in the development. Trucks constantly blocking streets, hazardous construction debris such as nails and drywall screws found in the roadways nearby, and refusal to own up to their mess. I tried to contact their offices about a drywall screw puncturing my fiancee's tire and they refused to help. They said "Sorry, we don't fix tires. Good luck!". They also refused to improve their housekeeping and ended up hanging up on me when I told them about all their garbage in the area.

No one is answering my calls or neither responding to my warranty requests. Whenever I call them it reached voicemail. They don’t even respond to text messages. One of the persons from warranty request says it’s a one time request to work on drywall cracks which will be done by end of the warranty period.

I finally got a hold of my sales reps Manager . He told me he's the guy in charge and will make things right. He also told me he would return my calls and would not make me wait. He also conveniently forgot about me and would not return my calls for sometimes 24 hours and at one point, a whole week went by with no return calls.
But, I see issues everywhere in the house. Dry wall keeps cracking, stairs baseboards not attached properly. Cracks everywhere for the stairs baseboards. They missed to install design window at front elevation.

After 3 weeks of telling him about the process and promises, I was then put in contact with his boss . Larry stance was, it's not in the contract and there is nothing we can do about it. They are making us sell it ourselves but won't help with their required documentation or anything.
